Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in CPQ and Revenue Cloud to lead complex implementations and drive scalable quote-to-cash solutions. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on development, solution design, and team leadership, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions across the revenue lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
  • Define end-to-end quote-to-cash architecture including pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, and billing
  • Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards

2. Development & Customization

  • Develop solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
  • Configure and customize CPQ features: product bundles, price rules, discounting, approvals, and quote templates
  • Implement Revenue Cloud capabilities including contract lifecycle, order management, and billing workflows
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

3. CPQ & Revenue Cloud Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations and enhancements
  • Optimize pricing models, subscription management, renewals, and invoicing processes
  • Manage large product catalogs and complex pricing configurations
  • Troubleshoot performance, data, and functional issues across CPQ and billing systems

4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners
  • Drive requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution discussions
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases aligned with business goals

5. Governance & DevOps

  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure solution scalability, performance, and security
  • Support release management and production deployments

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and Revenue Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes: pricing, quoting, contracting, billing
  • Experience in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, and data model

Good to Have

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or Revenue Cloud certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Billing and Subscription Management
  • Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in multi-org and enterprise-scale implementations
