JOB TITLE: Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Salesforce Data Cloud data models, data streams, unified profiles, and identity resolution
• Build Calculated Insights, customer attributes, engagement scores, and segmentation logic
• Design and activate audiences for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
• Support data quality, duplicate reduction, governance, and profile consistency
• Troubleshoot audience activation, segmentation, and data sync issues
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and technical teams to improve customer targeting and personalization
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360
• Strong knowledge of data streams, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and Calculated Insights
• Experience with MCAE (Pardot / Account Engagement) and marketing automation platforms
• Good understanding of customer data modeling, large datasets, and campaign targeting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
