Opportunity for Salesforce CRM Technical Lead
with Global Leader in IT Services
Contract | Immediate
The role is to work on one of the highly customized Order Management Applications built on top of Salesforce CRM with direct integrations and touchpoints with world’s leading ad servers and ad exchanges.
Experience and Technical Expertise
- Minimum 15 years overall software experience with at least 12 years in Salesforce CRM where 7-10 years directly working on Salesforce ecosystems with a lead / architect profile having specific implementation experience on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud etc.
- Proven hands-on experience architecting complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets), and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex programming, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AppExchange solutions.
- Expertise with Salesforce integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, external APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies to build scalable, performant solutions
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and release management best practices.
- Ability to handle data migration, data governance, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations as needed
- Familiarity with AppExchange marketplace for third-party solutions and the ability to evaluate and leverage these in solution designs.
Functional & Leadership Skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable secure Salesforce architectures.
- Lead solution design workshops, create process flows, user stories, architecture diagrams, and comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, admins, and external vendor
- Provide technical leadership and governance ensuring architectural consistency, standards, and best practices

- JavaScript Developer I
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Prior working experience with Digital Media Space is preferred
