Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) professional with 4–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and hands-on expertise in CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM. The candidate will be responsible for building analytics solutions, dashboards, and data models to support business reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain datasets, dataflows, and recipes in CRM Analytics (CRMA).
Build interactive dashboards, lenses, and visualizations using SAQL and CRMA tools.
Integrate and transform data from Salesforce and external systems into CRMA datasets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Optimize dashboard performance, data refresh schedules, and query efficiency.
Ensure data security, governance, and data accuracy within analytics solutions.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing dashboards and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM).
Good understanding of SAQL, lenses, dashboards, datasets, and recipes.
Experience with data integration and transformation processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce data models and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
