- Initial 3 months: Work From Home with night shift alignment
- Post 3 months: Continue WFH with shift timing 5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST + 30 mins handoff overlap
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Testing and hands-on experience in testing Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) and Salesforce CPQ
- Experience developing automation scripts using Selenium or equivalent automation tools
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience working with distributed, offshore, and onshore teams
Salesforce Functional Knowledge
- Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Sales Cloud : Opportunities, Accounts, Forecasting
- Service Cloud : Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements
- Experience Cloud : Portal Security & Role-Based Access
Salesforce CPQ Quote-to-Cash Lifecycle
- Product Configuration
- Pricing Models
- Discounting & Approval Processes
- Amendments & Renewals
- Order Generation (if applicable)
- Flows, Validation Rules & Approval Processes
Additional Requirements
- Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL for validation and troubleshooting
- Priority: Immediate profiles required
