Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce background
- Hands-on experience with Copado (CI/CD, pipelines, version control)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning, SOQL)
- Experience with Git-based version control systems
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and release management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
