Job Description:
The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.
Requirements:
- Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- TFamilarity with tests salesforce implementations using Copado for quality assurance through automated and manual.
- Experience in QA Engineer testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality and reliability
- Good to have Broadridge platform experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog
- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
- Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team
- Act as an extension of the client’s QA automation team
Good-to-Have Skills
- Prior Selenium automation experience
- Test data management for Salesforce
- Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
Mandatory Skills:
- Overall Experience: 6–10 years in QA/Testing, with strong exposure to Salesforce applications
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado
- Strong hands-on experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
- Experience in migrating manual/automation test cases to Copado Automation
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright automation frameworks
- Experience in improving automation test stability, pass rates, and framework optimization
- Good exposure to Salesforce platform testing and applications built on Salesforce
- Ability to drive consulting-led process improvements and testing optimization initiatives
- Strong understanding of automation testing lifecycle, defect management, and QA best practices
