Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Configure and customize FSL features including service appointments, work orders, scheduling, and mobile workforce management.
- Integrate FSL with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and training to end-users and junior consultants.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with organizational goals and client expectations.
Required Skills Experience
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce implementation experience with at least 2 years in Field Service Lightning .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and its integration with FSL.
- Proficiency in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder).
- Experience with Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (preferred).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Salesforce FSL Consultant Certification is a plus.
