Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) projects.
- Configure FSC features including client profiles, financial accounts, householding, relationship mapping, and interaction tracking .
- Design and implement customer onboarding journeys, KYC workflows, and compliance-driven processes .
- Integrate FSC with core banking systems, third-party financial tools, and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Customize solutions using declarative tools and ensure scalability and security compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct user training, documentation, and support post-implementation activities.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, regulatory, and financial compliance standards.
