About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer specializing in Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions primarily focused on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms. You will play a critical role in supporting customer service initiatives, digital engagement strategies, and contact center operations, including voice and CTI integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong emphasis on Service Cloud solutions. A thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, and platform capabilities is essential. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integration techniques is required. Candidates should demonstrate experience with system integrations via APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are crucial, along with the capacity to work independently from design to deployment. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Service Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, secure, and maintainable. Apply Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities to meet both technical and business needs. Develop and customize Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Flows. Build and manage Experience Cloud portals for various user groups, including customers and partners. Implement key Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge Base, and digital engagement channels. Deliver omnichannel contact center solutions integrated with Genesys Cloud, supporting voice, chat, and other digital channels. Design and execute integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions. Own the end-to-end technical delivery process, including creating design documentation, conducting testing, deploying solutions, and providing ongoing support. Follow DevOps practices, leveraging Salesforce DX, version control, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments. Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into practical solutions. Manage user stories, defects, and tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
