Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Communication Cloud professional to design, develop, and implement telecom-specific solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce development along with Communication Cloud (Vlocity) expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce Communication Cloud solutions
- Work on Vlocity (OmniStudio) components
- Customize solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura
- Design and manage telecom workflows (Order Management, CPQ)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements
- Ensure performance, quality, and scalability of solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience in Communication Cloud (Vlocity)
- Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
- Understanding of CPQ and Order Management
- Knowledge of REST SOAP APIs
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
