Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) & Incentive Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in digital commerce implementations and sales performance programs (SPIFF).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end eCommerce solutions while designing and optimizing incentive structures to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance partner/channel performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Commerce Cloud Implementation & Architecture- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Design scalable B2C and/or B2B eCommerce architectures
- Configure and manage:
- Product catalogs, pricing, and promotions
- Checkout flows and payment integrations
- Customer journeys and personalization
- Ensure seamless omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, and integrated platforms
2. SPIFF / Incentive Compensation Strategy- Design and implement SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) programs to drive:
- Sales acceleration
- Product-specific promotions
- Channel partner engagement
- Define incentive models aligned with:
- Revenue targets
- Margin optimization
- Strategic product adoption
- Develop frameworks for real-time incentive tracking and reporting
3. Salesforce Ecosystem Integration- Integrate SFCC with the broader Salesforce ecosystem:
- Sales Cloud – pipeline and opportunity tracking
- Service Cloud – customer support integration
- Marketing Cloud – campaigns and personalization
- Enable a unified customer data platform and seamless journey orchestration
- Collaborate with CRM and data teams to build a 360° customer view
4. Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization- Define and monitor KPIs across commerce and incentive programs, including:
- Conversion rates
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Sales uplift from SPIFF initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Continuously optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive effectiveness
5. Stakeholder & Program Leadership- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and Finance
- Translate business objectives into technical architecture and incentive program design
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
- Drive roadmap planning, change management, and user adoption
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Proven expertise in designing and managing SPIFF / incentive compensation programs
- Strong understanding of:
- eCommerce architecture and workflows
- Sales operations and compensation models
- Experience integrating Salesforce platforms:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
- Knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or incentive management tools
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Tableau / CRM Analytics)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
