Role Description
Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Experience Range: 8+ years (Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce)
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Trivandrum, Noida, Pune
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant/BSA with strong Salesforce Administration/Consulting certifications. The role involves solution design on the Salesforce platform, working closely with Senior Salesforce Architects and client SMEs. The candidate will engage with business and IT stakeholders and play a critical role in building trust with executive-level sponsors and enterprise architecture teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Salesforce Administration/Consulting Certifications
- Strong experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture collaboration
- Experience in at least 4–5 end-to-end Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud), each lasting 6+ months
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience within 8+ years of total IT experience
- Strong domain expertise in Healthcare payer business (especially Sales stream)
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple parallel projects (Scrum of Scrums model)
- Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories)
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, configuration, and administration
- Ability to create solution design documentation, gap analysis, use cases, and scope documents
- Experience conducting requirement workshops and design brainstorming sessions with global teams
- Experience in onsite-offshore coordination and cross-functional team collaboration
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
- Experience in Salesforce code-level re-engineering and optimization
- Ability to build prototype configurations in Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Force.com, AgentForce)
- Experience with CRM roadmap planning and architectural oversight
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and client SMEs to design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
- Prepare detailed documentation including epics, user stories, solution design, and gap analysis
- Facilitate workshops and interact with business and IT stakeholders across geographies
- Build prototype configurations during the design phase
- Coordinate with development, testing, and configuration teams during implementation and deployment
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Participate in offshore coordination, including flexible working hours for global collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Salesforce certifications (Admin/Consultant preferred)
Additional Information
- Experience in Healthcare domain is mandatory
- Willingness to work in global delivery model (including early/late calls)
