Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) Trainer to
deliver high-quality training, mentor learners, and develop industry-aligned content.
The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Business
Analysis, ensuring learners are equipped with both functional knowledge and real-world
application skills.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Delivery
- Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on Salesforce Business Analysis
concepts
- Train students, fresh graduates, and professionals across different batches
- Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts with real-world examples
- Ensure high learner engagement and participation
Content Development (SME Role)
- Design and develop curriculum, training materials, assignments, and case studies
- Create industry-relevant use cases, scenarios, and project-based learning modules
- Continuously update content based on Salesforce ecosystem changes
Mentorship & Guidance
- Mentor learners throughout the program lifecycle
- Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and resume support
- Track learner progress and provide actionable feedback
Batch Management
- Manage end-to-end batch delivery including schedules, assessments, and progress
tracking
- Act as the primary point of contact for learners within assigned batches
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and knowledge checks
- Evaluate learner performance and ensure readiness for industry roles
Collaboration & Internal Contribution
- Collaborate with internal teams for program improvements
- Support hiring initiatives by evaluating Salesforce candidates (internal/external)
- Contribute to building best practices for training delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts
- Expertise in Business Analysis within Salesforce ecosystem
- Knowledge of:
* Requirement gathering & documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
* Agile methodology & Scrum practices
* Salesforce objects, automation, and reporting
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Training & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce (BA/Admin/Consultant role)
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, App Builder)
- Experience in EdTech or training environments
- Exposure to real-time Salesforce implementation projects
