Job Description:

• Hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce solutions (Admin, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud).
• Exposure to cloud/enterprise platforms like Microsoft Business Apps, SAP, Zoho, Zendesk, etc.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers to define scope and deliver solutions.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Skilled in presenting and demonstrating Salesforce features to clients.
• Ability to design solutions across multiple business areas and integration points.
• Proficient in evaluating processes, identifying improvements, and implementing solutions.
• Capability to create mockups and wireframes (low/high fidelity).
