About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager who can
bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will
have hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations along with a strong
understanding of the real estate domain, including sales lifecycle, CRM workflows, and
customer journey management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate real estate business needs into Salesforce solutions
Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements
Project Management
Plan, execute, and manage Salesforce projects end-to-end
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, stakeholders) Monitor project progress and manage risks/issues
Salesforce Expertise
Configure and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Manage dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation
Ensure CRM aligns with real estate sales processes (lead → booking → closure)
Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Conduct regular status meetings and reporting
Ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
Strong understanding of real estate processes (lead generation, site visits,
booking, possession)
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst)
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Exposure to marketing automation or CPQ in real estate
