Salesforce Automation Team Lead (GTM Platforms)
Location - Hyderabad
Experience - 5+ years
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
Proven experience delivering Salesforce changes in a fast-moving, request-driven environment, not only project-based work.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher). Additional certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator) are a strong plus.
Experience with Sales Cloud and at least one of: Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud / Pardot.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, named credentials).
Experience working autonomously with distributed, global stakeholders across time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD for Salesforce (e.g. Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions).
What You Will Do
Delivery & Technical Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce change requests, from analysis and design through build, test, and deployment, with a strong focus on quality and speed.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customisations across Sales Cloud and GTM-facing objects, using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tooling.
Partner with the Technical Product Manager to triage, estimate, prioritise, and plan work from the GTM request backlog.
Ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, and well-documented, and align with Salesforce governance and platform standards.
Act as a hands-on problem solver for complex or high-risk changes.
