Salesforce Architect – Service Cloud Agent force & MIAW (7+ Years)
Salesforce Architects with strong experience in Service Cloud Agent force and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW). Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong architectural ownership in Service Cloud implementations
- Expertise in:
- Agent force
- MIAW
- Data model & integration architecture
- Security & access management
- Automation & workflows
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and API-first solutions
Certifications
- Mandatory: Salesforce PD II
- Preferred: Lightning Experience Specialist
