Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and lead scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, system integrations, technical leadership, security design, and solution optimization across the Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, project managers, and external partners to deliver robust, secure, and scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Define system architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and governance best practices.
- Establish coding standards, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and solution implementation approaches.
- Implement security and access control models including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Support data migration, data quality management, and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical workshops, and client discussions.
- Provide estimation, risk analysis, and technical feasibility assessments for projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform implementation and architecture.
- Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
