Experience
Job Overview
15–18 years of overall IT experience with strong core expertise in Salesforce platform
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Agentforce, along with exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing enterprise-grade solutions, leading complex integrations, and driving end-to-end implementations and migrations. This role also requires strong pre-sales solutioning capabilities and experience working with large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead architecture for Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations
- Drive end-to-end architecture covering data model, integrations, automation, and security
- Provide architectural governance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Implementation & Migration
- Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation and migration projects
- Design and oversee execution of data migration strategies
- Ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Salesforce platform
- Drive solution optimization and performance tuning
Integration & Automation
- Architect and implement complex integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, etc.)
- Design robust and scalable workflows, automation, and orchestration
- Handle real-time and batch integrations with enterprise systems
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Work closely with sales teams to design solutions for RFPs/RFIs
- Provide technical leadership in client proposals, estimations, and presentations
- Translate business requirements into compelling solution narratives
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior client stakeholders and business leaders
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with enterprise clients
- Mentor and guide development teams and solution architects
Governance & Leadership
- Establish architecture standards, guidelines, and reusable frameworks
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and platform limits
- Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Salesforce Expertise
- Deep hands-on experience with: Service Cloud Agentforce (AI-driven service solutions)
- Exposure to other clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) is a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in: Complex solution architecture Integration design (APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture) Advanced workflows, flows, and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce DX
Project Experience
- Extensive experience in: Enterprise-level implementations Migration programs Multi-org and global rollouts
- Experience working in large, complex environments
Pre-Sales & Consulting
- Hands-on experience in solutioning for proposals and bids
- Ability to create architectural diagrams, cost estimates, and technical documentation
Certifications
- Salesforce certifications
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Leadership and team mentoring experience
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range:
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
