Role 1: Salesforce Architect / Salesforce Lead / Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
- · Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and flexibility across various business functions.
- · Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver effective solutions for complex business requirements.
- · Oversee Salesforce application development, including customization and integration with third-party applications and systems.
- · Guide and mentor teams of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
- · Provide strategic direction for the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
- · Ensure best practices in Salesforce implementation, with a focus on maintainability, security, and compliance.
- · Perform code reviews and ensure the quality and integrity of the development process.
- · Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvements in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- · Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- · Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise to internal teams and clients.
