About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading enterprise-scale Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, designing robust data architectures, and integrating diverse data sources to create unified customer profiles. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, data modeling, and integration techniques, with a proven track record of delivering complex data solutions in a cloud environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining architecture strategies, ensuring data governance, and enabling personalized customer experiences through innovative data solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of professional experience in data architecture, CRM, or marketing technology domains, with at least 2 years specifically working with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP). Relevant certifications in Salesforce, such as Data Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud, are highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in data modeling, data integration (APIs, ETL/ELT processes), and identity resolution. A strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, is essential. Experience with data governance, privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, and enterprise-scale implementations is also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions tailored to client needs, defining and establishing Customer 360 architecture, including identity resolution and creating unified customer profiles. The architect will design both real-time and batch data ingestion frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with various systems such as Salesforce Clouds, ERP systems, APIs, and third-party platforms. Establishing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy standards is crucial. The role also involves working closely with business and technical teams to enable data-driven personalization, delivering actionable insights, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. Additionally, the architect will provide strategic guidance on data architecture best practices and oversee implementation phases to ensure project success.
