About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in data architecture, CRM, and marketing technology, with a strong focus on Salesforce ecosystems. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work on complex, impactful projects that transform how organizations manage and leverage customer data. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical developers, and data governance teams, to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions that enable personalized customer experiences and insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in Data Architecture, CRM, or MarTech domains.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and proven track record of enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration (APIs, ETL/ELT), and identity resolution techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Customer 360 concepts, data governance, and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions tailored to client needs.
- Define and implement Customer 360 architecture, focusing on identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and data quality.
- Design scalable real-time and batch data ingestion frameworks to support diverse data sources and formats.
- Architect integrations with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems such as ERP, third-party APIs, and other platforms.
- Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to ensure data privacy and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with business teams to enable data-driven personalization, customer insights, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Mentor technical team members and ensure best practices in data architecture and integration.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
