About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and platform integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead technical design, development, and integration of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform capabilities and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in the Salesforce domain.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and platform governance.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware tools.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
