Job details:
- Designs and implements scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Translates complex business requirements into technical architecture and leads design sessions with stakeholders.
- Manages system integrations with external platforms using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.
- Establishes governance models, coding standards, release management processes, and development best practices.
- Ensures platform security, compliance, and data governance including SAML, SSO, OAuth, and TLS/SSL.
- Mentors junior developers and guides multidisciplinary Salesforce teams across projects.
- Requires proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Typically needs 6+ years in technical architecture with at least 3+ years on the Salesforce platform.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
