Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Administrator role based in Mumbai. The Salesforce Administrator will handle day-to-day management of the Salesforce.com platform, including data administration, creating and maintaining workflows, validation rules, and dashboards. Responsibilities include optimizing the platform for business needs, providing user support and training, performing system customizations, and ensuring data integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including platform configuration and management
- Experience in creating Validation Rules and building Dashboards to support business processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and implement effective solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide end-user support
- Ability to ensure data quality and security within the platform
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
- Experience in the jewellery retail or related industry is advantageous
