- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Automation for campaign management, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Skilled in paid advertising including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with budget planning and optimization.
- Expertise in email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Experience in lead lifecycle management – capturing, scoring, nurturing, and converting leads using Salesforce.
- Ability to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Salesforce reports.
- Skilled in content planning and social media management, including content calendars and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Zoho, SEMrush, and Salesforce ecosystem tools.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
