About The Company
Vericence is a digital engineering and technology consulting firm helping enterprises build AI-driven platforms, modernize legacy systems, and scale innovation through cloud, data, and intelligent engineering. We partner with global organizations to deliver high-impact technology solutions and build world-class engineering teams.
About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator who has grown beyond traditional admin work and operates confidently in a DevOps-driven Salesforce environment. You'll own platform configuration, release management, and CI/CD discipline for a large, fast-moving Salesforce org. This is a hands-on senior role - not a people-management track - for someone who enjoys being the technical anchor of the SF team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience within enterprise organizations. A Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory, with advanced certifications such as ADM 211 or Platform App Builder being strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools, including SF CLI or similar, is essential. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines, with experience using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines. Deep knowledge of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox management is required. Familiarity with Service Cloud and supporting global teams across different time zones is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as the role involves direct interaction with onshore stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including managing users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls to ensure a secure and efficient environment.
- Design and maintain declarative automation such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to streamline business processes.
- Lead release management activities across multiple sandboxes, including Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production, utilizing modern Salesforce DevOps toolchains for seamless deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, managing version control, branching strategies, and automated deployment processes to ensure reliable releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive code quality, deployment reliability, and rollback readiness, reducing manual deployment efforts and increasing automation efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and own root cause analyses to ensure minimal service disruption.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, adhere to governance standards, and ensure audit readiness for all Salesforce activities.
Benefits
Vericence offers a compelling package of benefits including long-term engagement with a marquee global client, providing stability and growth opportunities. You will work alongside senior architects and adopt modern engineering practices, fostering continuous learning and development. The company provides a clear technical growth path, whether in DevOps, architecture, or platform leadership roles. Competitive compensation and benefits are part of the package, ensuring your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Additionally, you will have access to a collaborative environment that values innovation, diversity, and professional excellence.
