About The Company
Vericence is a digital engineering and technology consulting firm helping enterprises build AI-driven platforms, modernize legacy systems, and scale innovation through cloud, data, and intelligent engineering. We partner with global organizations to deliver high-impact technology solutions and build world-class engineering teams.
About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator who has grown beyond traditional admin work and operates confidently in a DevOps-driven Salesforce environment. You'll own platform configuration, release management, and CI/CD discipline for a large, fast-moving Salesforce org. This is a hands-on senior role - not a people-management track - for someone who enjoys being the technical anchor of the SF team.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience within enterprise organizations. A Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory, with advanced certifications such as ADM 211 or Platform App Builder being strongly preferred. A strong working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including experience with tools like SF CLI, is essential. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Git-based version control systems and CI/CD concepts, with experience using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines. Deep knowledge of Salesforce metadata, deployment models, and sandbox strategies is required, along with a strong grasp of Service Cloud functionalities. Experience supporting global teams across different time zones and excellent communication skills are also important for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including managing users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls to ensure platform integrity and security.
- Design and maintain declarative automation such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to optimize business processes.
- Lead release management activities across multiple sandboxes (Dev, SIT, UAT, Production) utilizing a modern Salesforce DevOps toolchain to streamline deployment cycles.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, managing version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments to ensure reliable releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Drive code quality, deployment reliability, and rollback readiness; work to reduce manual deployment efforts through automation and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and own root cause analyses (RCAs) to prevent recurrence and improve system stability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, governance standards, and audit readiness to comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
