About The Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with up to two years of hands-on experience to join our team at ParallelDots. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously improving our Salesforce ecosystem to ensure it effectively supports our business processes. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to maintain a clean and well-structured CRM environment, develop reliable and insightful reports, and implement automation workflows that streamline operations. Your efforts will contribute to building a scalable CRM system that aligns with our growth objectives and enhances overall productivity. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of Salesforce administration, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills. While prior experience in Salesforce is essential, a Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration abilities, along with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inefficiencies. Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments, sales and revenue operations processes, and marketing automation tools will be advantageous. Basic knowledge of SOQL and experience working with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and flows will help ensure success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Administrator at ParallelDots, your responsibilities will include:
- Salesforce Administration: Managing user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions; maintaining data hygiene through deduplication and validation; creating and managing custom fields and objects; optimizing page layouts for usability; and implementing validation rules to ensure data integrity.
- Automation & Process Optimization: Building, maintaining, and refining Salesforce Flows, Process Builder workflows, approval processes, lead routing logic, opportunity stage automation, and email alerts to streamline sales and marketing operations.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Developing custom reports to monitor pipeline health, sales velocity, conversion rates, and campaign attribution; creating dashboards for Sales leadership and Marketing teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Integrations: Assisting in maintaining integrations with marketing automation platforms, lead capture tools like LinkedIn, email systems, and other go-to-market technologies to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintaining comprehensive Salesforce documentation, recommending best practices, enforcing governance policies, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system efficiencies.
