Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to manage and improve our Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on supporting sales, BD, and marketing workflows.
This role will maintain clean, structured CRM data and ensure Salesforce reflects how the business operates. You will improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting and pipeline visibility.
This is an execution-focused role where you will implement improvements directly within Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Understand current Salesforce setup (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities)
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration (users, roles, permissions)
- Maintain data quality through deduplication and cleanup
- Perform data imports and updates
- Support sales and BD workflows and pipeline tracking
- Build reports and dashboards
- Implement automations (Flows, validation rules)
- Identify and improve inefficient processes
- Ensure Salesforce is a reliable source of truth
- Support integration with other tools
- Collaborate with BD, Sales, and Data teams
- Document workflows and system usage
- Own Salesforce-related initiatives end-to-end
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong understanding of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
- Experience with configuration (fields, objects, flows)
- Experience with data cleanup and reporting
- Experience supporting sales or marketing teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot
- Experience with CRM optimization projects
- Startup or high-growth experience
