Job Description
Principle Accountabilities
- Day-to-day monitoring of programs/program chains running on critical applications across Arrow Businesses to meet pre-defined SLA’s
- Provide IT technical support by resolving medium to complex technical issues; Troubleshoot and resolves program failures
- Reviews tickets related to program failures and coordinates with Level 2 Support/Development team in analysis/trends; identifies the root cause analysis.
- Appropriately escalate critical issues to GSD and involve L2 support /Development team for resolution
- Reviews Knowledge Base/Action matrix document regularly to ensure its up to date with the latest scenarios included
- Maintain daily shift reports on the issues handled / escalated and share with the L2 Support team

- Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- Completes work under moderate supervision
- Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
Experience / Education
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
