🚀 We're Hiring — Salesforce Administrator!
Applikon IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Wakad, Pune.
📍 Location: Wakad, Pune (On-Site)
🎯 Experience: 1–2 Years
💼 Role: Dedicated Salesforce Admin for a US-based client
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
Immediate joiners preferred!
What you'll do:
→ Manage day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks for an assigned client org
→ Handle user management, security settings, profiles & permission sets
→ Build Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes & declarative automations
→ Create reports, dashboards & maintain data quality
→ Communicate directly with US-based client stakeholders
What we're looking for:
→ 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
→ Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model & security model
→ Proficiency in Flows, Process Builder & declarative tools
→ Salesforce Admin certification preferred
→ Good communication skills for client interaction
Nice to have:
→ Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience
→ Basic Apex & LWC understanding
→ Familiarity with Git & Agile methodology
