Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Salesforce Administrator based in the Pune Division. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, create and update dashboards, implement and troubleshoot validation rules, and ensure streamlined functionality for users. Key responsibilities will include analyzing business needs, collaborating with teams to design solutions, and running regular system evaluations to ensure optimum performance.
Qualifications
BE / BTech / MCA / BSc IT / Computer Science
Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and experience with creating and maintaining Validation Rules
Strong analytical skills for gathering, interpreting, and acting on data insights
Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards to support decision-making
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Familiarity with basic CRM practices and an eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
