Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to drive the administration and implementation of scalable CRM solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end Service Cloud setups, including Omni-Channel routing and complex API integrations. Support Service Cloud administration and deployment governance. Implement Omni-Channel routing and debug complex test cases. Develop using Aura, LWC, and JavaScript. Manage third-party AppExchange integrations and CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins. Requirements Requirements: Experience: 9-15 years on the Salesforce platform; 5+ years with APIs and Aura/LWC. Implementation: Proven track record of 3-4 end-to-end Service Cloud implementations. Certifications: Mandatory Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications. Technical: Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST/Bulk/Metadata APIs and SQL/RDBMS.
