ShowCycle seeks to hire 2 Salesforce Admins to join our team. Our requirement is immediate. Ideally from NIT, IIIT or IIT.

The job entails deployment, configuration, and supporting our managed package. It also entails elements of product development and reviewing and approving features to be included in package releases.

Work 4 days a week Mon-Thu, 10 hours a day, and always remote.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years' prior experience in the following, although exceptionally skilled fresh graduates are also welcome to apply:

• Working on a product (not service project)
• Proven skills in using Claude and other AI tools in analysis and QA.
• Salesforce configuration and support
• Salesforce Managed Package installation, configuration and support
• Building solutions using Declarative features
• Salesforce expertise in setting object permissions
• Good documentation skills
• Experience working on production systems

Certifications required with Scores:

• Platform App Builder (mandatory)
• Administrator (mandatory)

Super Badges

• Must have completed Super Badges related to Platform App Builder
• Must have completed Super Badges related to Admin

In addition, the candidate must possess:

• B. Tech in Computer Engineering
• A CGPA of 7.5 or higher at the undergraduate level
• Very high level of attention to detail
• Excellent memory
• Strong grasping power
• Strong written and verbal communication.
