We are looking for an experienced Salesforce UX Lead to join our team in Bangalore (Hybrid). This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about creating seamless and engaging user experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem.
🔍 Role Details:
📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
💼 Experience: 10–12 Years
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design strategy for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Ensure consistency across Salesforce platforms using Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Drive UX best practices and mentor junior designers
🛠️ Required Skills:
- Strong experience in UX/UI design within Salesforce ecosystem
- Hands-on with Salesforce Lightning Experience & SLDS
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and interaction design
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Good to Have:
- Experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components)
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
