About the Role
We’re looking for a high-agency Salesforce Consultant who can go beyond basic support and actively contribute to building, optimizing, and scaling Salesforce environments for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of CRM execution, problem-solving, and client collaboration, with strong exposure to real-world RevOps use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Configuration & Delivery
- Configure and maintain Salesforce across users, roles, permission sets, and security models
- Build and optimize flows, automations, validation rules, and approval processes
- Design and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Support sandbox environments, testing, and release management activities
Data & System Hygiene
- Own and maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and clean-up
- Manage data imports/exports and support migration requirements
- Identify inefficiencies in system usage and proactively recommend improvements
Reporting & Business Insights
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, service, and leadership teams
- Translate business requirements into meaningful CRM views and KPI tracking
- Highlight adoption gaps and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
User Enablement & Client Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving Salesforce-related queries
- Support user onboarding, training, and documentation
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to roll out new features and enhancements
- Identify friction points in workflows and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, layouts, security)
- Experience working with data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) and maintaining data integrity
- Solid reporting and dashboarding capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and support requests effectively
- Comfortable in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
- Exposure to Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementations
- Experience working with global clients or multiple orgs
- Familiarity with integrations or RevOps tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
