Inside Job Sales India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding our team and looking for energetic, confident, and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our US-based manufacturing clients through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
📍 Location: Bangalore-HSR Layout
🕒 Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST (Monday – Friday)
👩💼 Experience: 0–2 years
🎓 Preferred Background: Graduate
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Cold calling and email outreach to international prospects
• LinkedIn-based prospecting and networking
• Researching manufacturing companies and identifying decision-makers
• Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for senior sales teams
• Maintaining CRM records and tracking outreach performance
✅ We’re looking for candidates who:
• Have strong English communication skills
• Are proactive and target-driven
• Are interested in B2B sales and global exposure
• Have basic Excel / CRM familiarity (preferred)
• Mechanical / manufacturing exposure is a plus
