We are looking for a dynamic Sales Training Manager to design, implement, and manage training programs for our EdTech sales team. The role focuses on improving sales performance by equipping Business Development Executives and Sales Managers with strong product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech sales training, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
• Design and deliver structured sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams.
• Conduct product training sessions for EdTech offerings.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and sales scripts.
Sales Performance Improvement:
• Identify skill gaps in the sales team and implement targeted training solutions.
• Conduct role plays, mock calls, and objection handling sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and improve training strategies.
Onboarding:
• Lead sales onboarding programs for new Business Development Executives.
• Ensure new hires understand the sales process, CRM usage, and product offerings.
Coaching & Mentoring:
• Work closely with sales managers to improve team performance.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions.
Sales Strategy Alignment:
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with sales targets and revenue goals.
• Track and analyze sales metrics post-training.
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales Enablement / Sales Coaching
• Experience in EdTech / Education sales is preferred
• Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics
