It’s about working on the floor, listening to calls, fixing gaps, and improving conversions daily.

What you'll own (Clear Outcomes)
1. Improve Conversion Rates (Primary Goal)
- Analyze call recordings and identify gaps
- Improve:
- Opening pitch
- Objection handling
- Closing techniques
- Drive measurable improvement in conversion % week-on-week
2. Build & Standardize Sales Playbooks
- Create:
- Call scripts (different scenarios)
- WhatsApp follow-up scripts
- Objection handling frameworks
- Continuously refine based on what works
3. Live Floor Coaching (Most Important)
- Sit with the inside sales team daily
- Do:
- Side-by-side coaching
- Live call feedback
- Role plays
- Ensure learning → immediate application
4. New Joiner Training
- Design onboarding program for new sales reps
- Reduce ramp-up time
- Make them productive within 7–10 days
5. Daily Performance Tracking
- Track:
- Calls → conversions
- Conversion %
- Follow-up efficiency
- Identify low performers and coach them
6. Run Sales Drills & Challenges
- Daily/weekly:
- Role play sessions
- Objection battles
- Closing drills
- Keep team sharp and competitive
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- 3–7 years experience in inside sales / telesales training
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused selling
- Experience in D2C / consumer / app-based sales is a big plus
- Comfortable working on-ground with teams (not just PPT training)
