We’re Hiring | Sales Training Manager (B2B), Mumbai – Andheri (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager to strengthen the performance of our B2B sales teams (KAMs & ASMs) through impactful training and coaching.

What You'll Do

• Design & deliver structured sales training (induction & refreshers)
• Coach sales teams through classroom sessions and field visits
• Develop sales playbooks and training materials
• Identify skill gaps and track post‑training performance
• Partner with sales leadership to drive capability and results
  

What we're looking For

• B. Pharma (mandatory); MBA/PGDM preferred
• 6–10 years total experience & 3–5 years in frontline sales roles.
• Strong background in sales training & capability development
• Pharma / IVF/healthcare industry experience preferred
