We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in EdTech or high-performance inside sales environments. The role involves training sales teams, improving conversion rates, and building structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver sales training programs for inside sales and field sales teams.
- Train teams on product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
- Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics to identify skill gaps.
- Conduct call audits, role plays, and mock sessions.
- Develop sales scripts, playbooks, and training materials.
- Work closely with sales leadership to align training with business targets.
- Conduct regular refresher training and performance coaching sessions.
Preferred Background
- Experience as a Sales Trainer / L&D Trainer
- Background in EdTech companies or inside sales-driven organizations
- Experience in high-volume sales environments
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong expertise in inside sales training and conversion improvement
- Hands-on experience in objection handling and closing techniques
- Experience in training sales teams and improving performance metrics
