🚀 We're Hiring: Sales Trainer
📍 Location: Remote/Hybrid
💰 Budget: ₹5–5.5 LPA
🕒 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
We’re looking for a Sales Trainer who can build confident, high-performing sales teams and drive real performance improvements through coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales teams
✅ Listen to recorded calls and identify improvement areas
✅ Provide actionable feedback and coaching
✅ Run refresher sessions, mock calls, and role-plays
✅ Identify training needs through performance analysis
✅ Support agents with pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques
✅ Create training materials and track progress
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training
✔ Strong understanding of sales processes and customer interactions
✔ Experience in call evaluation and coaching
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to handle group sessions and one-on-one coaching
Preferred:
➕ Experience in inside sales/telecalling
➕ Exposure to large training batches
➕ Understanding of performance metrics
