Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Trainer (L&D) for a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver engaging sales training programs, enhance employee skill sets, and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, creating tailored learning modules, evaluating performance improvements, and providing constructive feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
- Proven experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development for professional growth
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage trainees and drive learning outcomes
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure alignment with customer-centric sales approaches
- Prior experience in sales or related roles is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a relevant field
- Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and tools is an added advantage
