THE ROLE — SALES TRAINER (Floor Sales | Tele-Sales | Objection Handling)
This is not a training role for someone who has studied sales. This is a training role for someone who has done sales — on a floor, on a phone, in the field — and is now ready to transfer that skill to others at scale.
The WTF Sales Trainer will train our front desk teams, tele-calling teams, and field sales executives across all WTF verticals on the skills that actually move numbers: prospecting, opening, discovery, pitching, objection handling, closing, follow-up, and retention.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programmes for:
Front desk sales executives (walk-in conversion, membership sales)
Tele-calling teams (inbound lead handling, outbound follow-up)
Field sales teams (gym acquisition, B2B partnership sales)
Personal Trainers (PT package sales and renewal conversations)
Floor Sales Training:
How to greet and open a conversation with a walk-in
Discovery questioning before pitching — what to ask and why
Reading buying signals and qualifying intent
Presenting membership plans and PT packages compellingly
Handling the 10 most common objections (price, time, commitment fear, spouse approval, competitor comparison, "I'll think about it," and more)
Closing techniques — asking for the sale directly and confidently
Converting a "no today" into a follow-up with a plan
Tele-Sales Training:
Call opening scripts that do not sound scripted
How to qualify a lead in the first 60 seconds
Handling call objections — dropping the call, "send WhatsApp," "not interested," "call later"
Creating urgency without pressure
Follow-up call structures — second, third, fourth touch
Listen to live and recorded calls — give real-time, specific feedback that changes behaviour
Run role-play sessions — play the difficult customer, resistant gym owner, skeptical corporate HR
Build sales scripts, objection-handling playbooks, call guides, and floor conversation frameworks
Track sales performance metrics before and after training — conversion rates, average deal value, follow-up rates
Identify individual skill gaps and build targeted coaching plans for each person
Conduct weekly sales huddles and monthly sales skill workshops across WTF locations
Work with sales leadership to align training with targets and current performance gaps
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Minimum 3 years of frontline sales experience before moving into training (floor, phone, or field). We will ask you to demonstrate selling in the interview.
Minimum 2 years of experience delivering sales training — role-plays, call calibration, floor coaching, workshop delivery
Expert at objection handling — real experience with real customers, not just theory
Excellent communicator in Hindi and English — training happens in both, switching naturally
High energy in a training room — sessions must be engaging, not endurable
Data-oriented — tracks before/after metrics and takes responsibility for measurable improvement in conversion rates
Preferred:
Sales training experience in fitness, edtech, real estate, BFSI, or any consumer-facing sales environment
Experience training both floor sales and tele-sales teams
Experience building sales playbooks and scripts from scratch
Knowledge of the WTF business model and fitness industry sales cycles
What Will Get You Rejected:
You have only ever trained from someone else's content — never built a sales framework yourself
You cannot demonstrate selling in the room — this role requires you to model what you teach
You have not personally closed deals — training theory without personal sales experience does not work at WTF
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000/month
Incentives: Performance-linked on measurable conversion rate improvement across trained teams
Location: Delhi NCR — field training across WTF locations with HQ base at Noida
Reporting To: Sales Head / Training Head
Joining: Immediate to 30 days
