Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Gurugram. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, coaching sales teams to optimize performance, and motivating team members to achieve targets. Training will also include Product training. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, improving customer interaction strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The role also involves monitoring trends to refine training content and collaborating with team leaders to identify development needs. This role requires travel to all our studio locations across different cities.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and proficiency in delivering engaging Sales Training sessions
- Ability to deeply understand our product and ensure sales team is able to explain the same to clients
- Expertise in Training & Development to design, implement, and evaluate training programs
- Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse teams
- Customer Service skills to align sales training with customer satisfaction goals
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and tailor actionable strategies
- Previous experience working as a sales trainer or in a sales leadership role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage
