Role Description
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales employees.
- Develop and deliver product, process, and sales skill training programs.
- Assess training needs and prepare training materials accordingly.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Support employees in understanding sales processes, customer handling, and objection management.
- Track training progress and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with managers to identify performance gaps and training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and reports.
- Ensure employees are updated on new products, policies, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in delivering Sales Trainings and expertise in Training & Development
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent Communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and engaging content delivery
- Understanding of Customer Service principles and fostering a customer-first mindset
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt techniques for continuous team improvement
