Job Title: Sales Trainer – Herbal Products (Hyderabad)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver induction and ongoing sales training programs for herbal product sales teams (field and inside sales).
- Conduct regular refresher trainings on product knowledge, objection handling, upselling and cross‑selling techniques specific to herbal / wellness products.
- Run role‑plays, call simulations and on‑the‑job coaching to build strong communication and closing skills.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to identify performance gaps and create focused training interventions to drive conversions and revenue.
- Accompany reps on field visits / listen to calls to observe selling behaviour and provide structured feedback and coaching.
- Track post‑training performance (leads, conversions, ticket size, repeat orders) and continuously refine training content to improve sales outcomes.
- Prepare simple training dashboards and weekly reports on training coverage, attendance and impact on key sales metrics.
- Create and update training material (decks, scripts, FAQs, case studies) aligned with new herbal product launches, offers and campaigns.
- Drive a high‑energy, goal‑oriented culture on the sales floor with regular huddles, contests and performance recognition.
- Ensure all training and communication reflect brand positioning and comply with applicable guidelines for herbal / wellness products.
Candidate Profile
- Graduation in any discipline; MBA / PG in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales training / sales coaching, preferably in herbal, wellness, FMCG, nutraceutical or similar product‑based processes.
- Proven track record of driving sales numbers through training, coaching and performance interventions (not just classroom training).
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Telugu / Hindi) with excellent presentation and facilitation ability.
- Confident, energetic and go‑getter mindset with the ability to influence and motivate large sales teams.
- Solid understanding of the sales funnel, telecalling / field sales processes and high‑intensity target‑driven environments.
- Strong planning and organisational skills; comfortable working with daily/weekly sales data and performance dashboards.
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace; exposure to LMS / e‑learning tools is a plus.
Location and Shift
- Location: Hyderabad, Hitech City.
- Work Mode: Office / field‑based with frequent time spent on the sales floor and in the market.
