Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer based in Noida. The Edtech Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, conducting workshops, and mentoring sales teams to enhance their skills and performance. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating team training needs, preparing training content, organizing interactive sessions, and providing coaching for improved customer engagement and sales conversion. Collaboration with management to align training with business goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Presentation Skills and conducting effective Sales Trainings
- Proficiency in Training & Development methodologies with a focus on sales-oriented learning tools
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team
- Experience in Customer Service practices and strategies to enhance client interactions
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt training programs for effectiveness
- Prior experience in edtech skill development courses and sales training is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related fields
